Theme Manager wont work at all. in Object Desktop WinCustomize Forums

does anyone have any ideas why Thememanager wont work? it downloads all the files but doesnt actually change anything at all i can open winblinds etc and change things in those individual applications but no suites will work just reinstalled winxp today. im new here whats with the ads in the middle of my post??? its the epitome of terrible!
