How to Load widgets in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

This might be a simple question, just wondering how you load widgets? I have DesktopX Ver2 and I downloaded a couple of widgets but I am stuffed if i can find any way of installing them I run the widget and it comes up with an error saying you must have Desktopx installed Very Frustrating
