I am experiencing exactly the same. Also When I heve WindowsFX running, and I am using Oracle discoverer, the "edit sheet" command goes aplha blend. The first time I open the edit sheet, it is still workable, however when opening for a second time, the alpha blend makes screen almost invisible.
