Icons No Longer Load After Uninstalling Iconpackager in Icons WinCustomize Forums

I've had Windowblinds and Iconpackager on one of my computers for a long time. I recently uninstalled both applications because I am giving the computer to my parents and they prefer the default windows theme since it is familiar. However, after uninstalling both programs and reverting back to the windowsXP default theme, some of the icons no longer load.
