All, While it is a total pain to not have the SVD working after I've already -paid- for it, there is an alternative for free from Microsoft. Point your browser here: [Microsoft - XP Power Toys] On the bottom right side you'll find Virtual Desktop Manager. (Deskman.exe). Download, install, be happy. It's not as flashy, but it gets the job done. -kate
