cache.dll error. reinstall package in IconPackager Stardock Forums

I have Windows XP service pack 2 x86...Whenever i try to load an ip package it installs all icons except folder icons..Then i get cache.dll error. I have tried clean install with and without stardock central.. Can't fix it..
