Weren't there other states out there (that Gore won) that were as close and as inaccurate as Florida? The difference in Florida was less than 3000 votes out of almost 6 million total votes. No other state was nearly that close, so the accuracy was not so much of an issue.

Question for BakerStreet: Since terrorists are not warriors and are not conducting a war, do you, in theory, see the United States' role in ending terrorism as a law enforcement action rather than an armed conflict? Aren't these non-warriors and non-soldiers subject to treatment as criminals by the court system rather than as prisoners of war?
