Application Icons for Object Dock in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

As you have no doubt discovered, standsrd 32x32 applicaion icons look, ahem, not so good in OD when they are magnified on mouseover. I have some system icons that some very talented people here have created at 128x128 that look terrific in OD, and they sit just down the bar from the app icons. I would pay for a "package". It could be a themed package (color, shapes, mood, season, etc.). It might include some blinds, object bars, desktops, sounds, cursors, icons and maybe a full theme or two. If these were released quarterly I would subscribe. I don't mind paying for "extra" skins or cursors that I might never use as long as I knew that there was at least something valuable in the purchased package for me. May I return to the topic? If what jafo says is true, then the commercial solution may be the only way to "save" the community. WC is conducting a poll on how much people would be willing to pay for a premium set of skins, icons, etc. The overwhelmingly favorite vote is "zero". So more and more folks will d/l the skins and use them, fewer and fewer people will make new skins or update existing ones, because why work at it yourself when you can get it for free? Well, I can solve _your_ problem. Go to ObjectBar's General Options and under the Extra Feature Options tab click on the "Exclusions" button and add Roxio, InDesign and Stardock Central. Your crashes will stop. BTW, SkinStudio Pro, Nero 5, Cool 3D Production Studio, Wondertouch's particleIllusion 3 and PowerQuest DriveImage 7 all need to be excluded too. (List subject to change). Which forum to put this in? Hmmm…oh well, here goes nothin’…. Just some notes on ObjectBar: 1. If I configure OB to launch at startup (using the General Settings dialog), then my username doesn’t display. Instead, I get the placeholder %username% displayed instead.
