I'm trying to get rid of the middle mouse map rotate since that's my VoIP key. My knowledge of modding is low and a quick look into the files I can't seem to find any bindings. Any way to do this?

I've tried this multiple times. They are not grayed out, there is literally nothing there. I'll get a screenshot in a bit. This being the case maybe my install is messed up. EDIT: So, just tried a verify, found one file. Created the same exact character I've been trying to make and it works fine. Carry on :P

Title basically says it all. Created a custom mage. When loading in the game the only city enchantment I can cast is Meditation, no inspiration or heart of fire. My tactical spellbook is also completely empty.
Pretty self-explanatory, unless I'm missing a really easy thing, any way to do both of these things? Thanks for any help, especially if I'm being stupid.
