Did you ever skipped the update of SP1? SP1 will install framework 3.5 as far as my google results are correct. The error code 0xC00CE556 indicates a parsing error with .net framework. If you´re able to reinstall the framework (or maybe just update your vista to SP1 if you didn´t have done so far) do it.

So, does "the scripts are written" mean, that history, skills etc. are written down and are ready to be sent to Atari for translation? Maybe you could upload this tiny file somewhere else. We could begin translating them by now :)
Currently, if you have modded one of your lua file and the other players didn´t, the game will desync. Maybe this new feature will first look, what did get changed and decides then, if it will desync (something like that).
I´m sorry, but could you provide a picture before you mod the file and after? Because I don´t see any difference ^.^

Yes, there was 4D. I think they´re still sending out CE of the game. Just order a retail copy and you´ll receive the CE. Didn´t read a post from Stardock that they run out of CE copies yet. You´ll find this little guy in the box (in addition to some soundtracks etc.)

I´v played HoN and LoL too. But you can´t really compare those two with Demigod. Demigod offers you a much more deeper character development. The basic idea is the same. Go with your team and destroy their citadel. But Demigod offers you other gamemodes, too (not those game modes like "random heroes" etc.). Sure, compared to HoN you might think that Demigod suffers more demigods. I don´t know how it´s in the current build, but in the past I allways skilled my d
