About the Zip file... I don't recommand Winzip. I think its not trust worthy.. well i like the one that im using.. well its korean.. but i think its compatible with english and couple languages.. its called Alzip. (kinda matches my name too!) and its fast and easy.. well i heard that EasyZip is good too.. but never tried it.. thats all

You cannot fix this.. the user icon is the short cut to the Windows User Setting menu. When you disable the normal menu, it automatically disappears
