A small Icon question please... in Icons WinCustomize Forums

Hi all, my IconX is not loading when I boot up. I have the startup box ticked for loading, but I still have to manually load it. Any help would be appreciated.

Upgrading to Vista in Windows Vista WinCustomize Forums

Hi, I am intending to perhaps upgrade to Vista Home Premium Academic soon, and am wondering whether Windowblinds will still operate with this particular version of Vista. Also, I have backed up all my Object Desktop stuff, and when Vista is installed, can I just restore it back on to my computer into Vista? Thanks.

I would really luv to learn how to skin, but don't know the first thing about it. I enjoy watching a lot of the videos on some of the object desktop software, and find it helps me understand a little more. Something like a Training Session for Newbies would be great. Hi, just thought I'd mention that I never had any success with Bootskin loaded on my machine. I run Windows XP Pro, but it wouldn't work. Two days ago I had to reinstall my Operating System, and guess what. I am running Bootskins all over the place. Also, a couple of others things are working which didn't before. Mmm. Desktop X Configuration in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi, I have been having success now with downloading Desktop X skins, but have a question. Can you customize them according to what you have installed on your computer, as everyone has different setups on their Desktop. The only thing I can see Remove. Just thought I'd ask. Thanks.

Well, when I downloaded with Opera it gave me two options, one All Files and the other desktop X, but I have since learned, mm mm , that I needed to do some changes in my option with Opera. Before that I ended up downloading Firefox and also Maxthon, but am so used to Opera and love it that I decided to explore and get better acquainted with the options. Anyway, thanks. See how we go. Don't you just luv Object Desktop. Its the best.

I believe its a zip file, at least thats what it says when I download. Anyway, thanks. I decided to change to Mozilla Firefox and its loading now. Thanks anyway. I prefer Opera, but I guess Firefox is the only one that automatically loads into Desktop X. Thanks

Hi, just have a question. I can't get any downloads onto my Desktop X. Also, when I choose a Desktop X it comes up a different theme than the one I chose. Can I uninstall this, or can I uninstall Object Desktop and reinstall again. Is it possible. Thanks.

I unzipped. It had Desktop X and I opened it and its just a picture. There is no object file.

Just thought I'd drop in an ask anyone please. Is there a quick way of getting through the Windowblind pages. E.g., can you type in go to page so and so, or do you have to just put the last page on Favorites. You just have the beginning and the end, but have to cursor through each page separately. Just thought I'd ask. Thanks

Hey, I have a question please. Can anyone point me into the right direction or the software I need to use to create a Windowsblinds skin. Some of the skins are absolutely fabulous and has whetted my appetite to rediscover my creative side again. Especially Starone's skins. So beautifully put together.
