Insightful indeed, I think blogging is almost similar to forums, except that in forums, the rules are generally not in your hands, so it might be easier to accept inflammatory remarks from the audience. I think that anybody who is doing online communication should realise that in this electronic dimension, you will always encounter things you wouldn't like. It is almost futile to be overly enraged over a remark made in cyberspace - you can't

I saw a young man dash across the road to catch a bus, in the process, he was nearly rolled over by a large construction CAT truck. Later that day, I saw a well dressed woman walk across the zebra crossing without so much as a care about whether the car that was coming towards her was going to stop or not. In another instance, a bunch of shoppers step out onto the str

Good one, I agree with you, music is definetly not a universal language because people don't like the same kind of music or like music at all. A simple demo of this is in the place where I work, where we are allowed to switch on the radio. Most of us like pop music, or adult contemporary, or classical. And then there are those who can't seem to stand any kind of the music on the radio at all, not even the soft and easy genre. Says music interferes with

If I never made mistakes, I guess I would probably be very arrogant and, unforgiving and not at all understanding to people who make mistakes. I look down, and there was a tiny red ant with his little pincers angrily pinching a mere bit of my flesh. What the hell was this little ant so angry about? Was I s

Hello, I'm new here and do not know you well. I just think it takes time to forgive someone who you see has hurt the people you care about and just left the scene like that, so she's lost your trust. and you are wary. Here's a net hug, *hug*. (Everyone needs one of those every now and then.) Feel better soon.

I like long poems better, although I agree that haikus and short poetry like ones written by Emily Dickenson have their own charm. But I really love epic stuff. Homer's Ilaid and Dante's Divine Comedy are my all-time favorites, though yes they are translated ones not original. I admit it's not always easy to get through the long ones, but they are big pieces of art that one just tries to look and take time to enjoy. As for the website: try goo

I don't think people are fakes for keeping an air of mystery around them. I would only consider them fakes if they delibrately lie and make up stuff about themselves to make people accept them or agree with them.
