Assuming you installed Windowblinds successfully, go to an empty place on your desktop left click and select properties. (Or just open up display properties from the control panel) Click on the appearance tab on the box that says "windows and buttons" scroll down to a skin you like.

Try setting it the way you want to then logging off, instead of shutting down. When you log off Windows saves alot of settings that are otherwise lost. I know this works for other problems, not sure about this one. Give it a try.

Very nice... the only thing I might change is the phone1.jpg, I would proboly make it like 80% opaque so it wouldn't be confused with the controls, and blends in a little more with the page. That's really just a matter of taste, but the site is VERY nicely designed.
