Renewed, but account still expired!

Dear Stardock, Yesterdu I renewed my ObjectDesktop account, but Stardock Central still complains about my account being expired! No amount of reinstalling or reentering my serial nbumber etc seems to unlock my account. What should I do? Richard. [email protected] (:(

Make sure that the Email and serial number in SDC are the same as the account renewal info.

What time did you do it yesterday? It may be a human process and Stardock may have gone home for the weekend.

Hi Richard - There's no renewal order under the email account you listed. If you did make one under this account, please email [email protected] so they can investigate further.

How long does an account stay active? I purchased a bunch of things from Stardock abou t two months ago, and downloaded the Wincustomize browser. Today I tried logging into the browser, but it says my account is expired.

I am logged into the Wincustomize website, but when I try to download anything, a page pops up saying, "service unavailable"

Do the memberships for Wincustomize/Stardock expire in 3 months if you dont purchase anything or a new membership within 1-3 months?
