Will/When will there be a Demo?

Hi, I'm new to these forums and this game. It sounds like fun and I've heard it's alot better than Moo3. I heard that there was a demo coming out sometime soon. Does anyone know if this is true and if so when it can be expected? Thanks for your patience :).

I finally put in my PC Gamer CD that I got the other day and there's a GalCiv demo on it... I don't know if there's a demo anywhere else but to be sure you can always go grab the July issue of PCG. It might also be on StarDock Central (which you should be able to grab in the Downloads section), but I can't say for certain since I have the retail copy (so thats what it shows for me)...

There is a GalCiv demo out...somewhere's. It's been out for a while, just keep looking (cause I obviously don't know where it is).

Kewl, now I'll know if I will love the game or worship it. LOL

I'll see what this game is all about, I've heard only good things so far. It cannot be worse than Master of Orion 3 which is a complete fiasco!

Thanks alot for your help guys. I would have done a search for it but I read somewhere that the demo wasn't out but should come out soon. I guess it was an old article, and I wasn't thinking hehe. Thanks again.

The Orion Sector has been working on improving our GalCiv section, and one of the things I've been adding is a list of as many demo download sites as I can find. I'll add the ones in this thread as soon as I can, but if any of them don't work for you, check out www.orionsector.com/pages/galciv/ for a complete list of all mirrors I've found. Hopefully between the seven or so on the list at least one ought to work for you...
