upgrade all ship in stack

There isn't as far as I know sadly. It's a request that's often mentioned though!

can you pls make this? clicking ship 1by1 is so dumb and when you got over 200+ ships its fing annoying

Per stack is the version I'd want, not one button for the whole empire. Wide games are where clicking one at a time hurts most, and they're also where I want to choose which fleets get the new design and which ones keep fighting with what they've got.
