Fences 4 active on a different computer

I want to install Fences 4 on my new PC. The old one is wiped out. Now I get message "Click continue to deactivate the other computer and proceed with activation in this computer". When I click continue nothing happend. The software is installed on Steam. What should I do, to solve this problem?
