Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, it is known that WB can not apply theme on these application for sometimes now. Perhaps, it is how Windows 11 has change it to make these app not skinable.

Thank you,

(My bold font in above quote)

I think that were it possible to do those things with the ease you suggest, Neil Banfield (the inventor of Windowblinds) would have done so prior to your repetitive prompting.

Might I suggest dashing a note off to Satya Nadella suggesting he tell his coders to remove the hard coding of those elements? I'm sure a large number of Windows users would be eternally in your debt.

1xHacker, what you describe as 'bugs' or 'flaws' in Windowblinds are commonly limitations imposed by Microsoft Windows hard-coding and/or functionality deemed unnecessary or unable to be safely applied over multiple variations of computer systems.

Windowblinds is not a new program that perhaps has overlooked potential 'features'.  It is more than a quarter of a century old.  I think I still have version 0.3 here somewhere designed for Windows 98.

Windowblinds became very popular with the release of Windows XP as the default Microsoft GUI was decidedly unappealing.

Over the decades Windowblinds has been redesigned and adapted to every Windows release and thus is in constant 'flux' at the whims of the Microsoft Dev team.

What you describe as a 'bug' - isn't.

What you personally want to see added to Windowblinds should be listed under a polite "Feature request" post.

Posting online formally untested scripts in these forums is not acceptable as there is always a potential for harm.  They will be deleted from public view for that reason.  ;)
