Autogrupping all Outlook windows but Reminders

Reminders issue

I have set up a rule to automatically group all Outlook windows together; however, it also groups and maximizes the Reminder window (see first image), which I would prefer to keep separate (see second image below).

I have checked the settings but could not find any option to exclude a specific window from the auto-grouping, for example based on the window name containing “Reminder”.

Could you please help me out?

While it may not be possible, when it pops up, look at task manager (or use procmon) to see the class name for exclusion.

Thx. I tried and found the class number is #32770 but could find the right way to avoid to group it.
