the program wont run!!

i first found this site, by downloading kwel new loading pages, but then i tired other downloda liek the logons different log on browsers but they download fine the program won't run, becuz i dunt have the fight program, do you guys know what program i need.

If you downloaded Logon's then you need logonstudio https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/download.html

could u help me w/ one more thing, im trying to change my object bar thingy, which program do i need to let it change my bar...if you know...because i foudn this one bar and i don't have the program to change it with.

oops sorry.
I meant, I'm trying to download some object bars but I don't have the program to download it. And so I was wondering if anybody knows the program I need to that the object bars I download will work.

If you look at the top of the library where you download the skins, you'll see a link button to proper software required to use dais skin.
