If you still have issue, please click on the link to create a ticket, listed at the bottom of that same page. Use the "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

How can I redeem my wincustomize subscription? I go to WinCustomize site and it shows me as a guest when I had just renewed.
Give it a little while for everything to update. If it still shows you as a guest, sign out of the site, clear browser data, history and cookies and then sign in again. Please report back.
