Right click options not showing (such as delete)

Hello,  at one time I used to be able to edit the start menu by right clicking the item(s) in the start menu.

What is happening is  I have my start menu organized to my liking, and when something gets updated... an additional entry is made in the start menu.

I used to be able to right click that item and delete it. Direct from the start menu.
Right clicking an item brings up an abbreviated menu and clicking "Show hidden items list" does not show anything.

Additionally, clicking certain shortcuts will not launch the application. I know the shortcuts work because I can go to the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs folder  and use those shortcuts and they all work.

If it were one or two I would just assume they were bad shortcuts.  But over half in Start11v2 will not launch.

Any ideas why this is occuring?

TIA

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe this is due to you're using Start11 Windows 7 style with All program -> Show as menu option turn on. If you turn that off, you should be able to delete or run it without issue. However, to be sure, I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Also, for the not launching Apps. Please list down some of those apps not launching from this all program menu. I checked some and can not recreate the not launching issue.

Thank you,

Thank you for the quick reply.

Changing the "Open all apps list as a menu" did indeed fix my issue with right click.
(Which for other that may come across this is located in "Start Menu" > Configuration > All Programs List > "Open all apps list as menu")

ALSO

Changing that setting seems to have corrected the issue with many of my applications NOT launching.
(Which is good because I was about to list some 30 odd applications ::grin:

Thank you for your help.
