manage devices

activate and deactivate devices

I understand that there are network issues with my account ---
 
I can see my downloaded products, but when I try to manage my devices, I just get a spinning circle --- when can I expect this to be fixed?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you can not get to your product account page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Than you need to raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

I believe the Stardock team are aware of this issue and are working to fix it as quickly as possible. Hopefully we will see this working again soon. Thanks for your report.

since I can't manage this myself, If I deacrive that license on one of my devices wlll that correctly update the "device/use count" for that  license key?

I got a  SSN reference number ---- but I never got a email to confim this --- I  even sent a fax!  

Submiting a ticket is not very  stright forward

What do you mean by that? Not everybody have access to your account to check it. So, you will need to submit a ticket if you wish your account to be look into by Support.

To answer your question, yes. When you submit a ticket, you are put in a response que. You should receive an email with a reply from support within a few days. They are really busy behind the scenes right now trying to restore everything.

Try checking again, we are starting to turn some of this functionality back on and this should be working now...however, we are still doing some cleanup of the data.
