Task bar - start button and icon active teams

Hello,

I have a problem when using start11, where the start button does not resize itself over the old button.

and

In the Teams icon (MSTeams), the small pointer that shows the person's activity instead of showing it is a black square with nothing.

I'll say that maybe it's due to the resizing of the monitor, I use a 3440 x 1440 

and in the other one that is standing which is a 1080 x 1920 this does not happen.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Post some screenshots showing us the issue will help us understand the issue better.

comparison, I'm on the same pc with two screens.

 

I believe the problem is with the resolution because when we go to Start11, the start button, and the function turns off, waits, and turns on again, it adjusts.

Please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page V2.52 (Beta) : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

Hello.

Well, I can't log into Stardock with the account I have with Steam, because that's where I bought it. To post here I had to make another account, without association with Steam.

The images show what happens when I try to do this procedure trying to log in with Steam.

Okay, should have mentioned that you on Steam purchased. For Steam just need to reinstall via Steam. Just make sure to reboot after the uninstall. And reboot again after the reinstall from Steam. Try that and report back.

Hello!!

I uninstalled, restarted... and it continues.

 

I uninstalled it again, used a key remover to remove everything that might have remained. And the problem still persists, as I show in the image.

As you can see, the old logo is below. This happens mainly if I reduce the size of the taskbar using star11

May I know your Windows Display scale set (100%, 125% etc) on your 3440 x 1440 monitor?
