New SolarForge version doesn't run

I successfully used SolarForge until updated it. Now it doesn't run ("Can't run this app on your PC.). Python installed, but I can't install NetFramework 4.7.2 (newer version installed).

The old version worked fine though

NetFramework v 4.x can't be installed alongside with another 4.x version and I don't want to downgrade it even for SolarForge. For my mind, if devs declare mod support and provide mod tools, you must run these mod tools without any dancing with a tambourine.
