Start11 - cannot powerdown from Start menu with keyboard only

I am using windows 10 style start menu.

When opening menu Start (usually with Windows key or Ctrl+Esc) and pressing Up arrow to highlight Power Down option, after pressing Enter, no options are being shown, so it is not possible to shut down computer with keyboard only.

When power option is highlighted, and after pressing Right Arrow key, a menu opens, but again, pressing Enter does not do anything other than closing the menu.

Start11 version 2.08.
