Start 11 can't register license keys

Hi, I can't register my start 11 key for new installs. 

I have a 5 pack, was using 5, and upgraded two PCs so removed two PCs from the installed list.

However, I think the problem may be around creating an account to do this, I got confused and updated my nickname to my email address while making an account, but now I can't change the nickname it says to contact support, which I did and got an email back saying use the forum, hence this post. 

can anyone help?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue it is best to raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Do note that Stardock is on Thanksgiving holiday, so support might be slow.
