I doubt he has permission for anything, much less to disply Stardock apps and links.

you don't need permission to link to stardocks page (I don't think you do at least). I didn't look around that much, but I didn't find any links to skins (which are considered impolite and uncalled for to link to). I am not sure at the legallity of links though.
