Everytime I try and play the game it hangs on the loading screen

playing on a AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz

Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 ti

32Gb ram

Does it on both dx11 and dx12

It will hang at this screen
