Hi I downloaded some shiny icons from the site but i have no idea how to change the icons to make them shiny will somebody please teach me? thank you

If you downloaded 'Shiny' icons from the site...aren't they already shiny?

Not sure what you are wanting to do.

you can change them individually thru windows or use IconPackager from stardock.com
