Hey, Jim. If it's at the point where surgery is necessary, there are many great vascular surgeons and centers...and many treatment choices as daiwa said...you've got everyone's good thoughts and prayers, mine included. 

My wife, the cardiac nurse says, "If it pops, you bleed out very quickly. Not much chance of survival at that point.

Jim, you've got my prayers.  

Good luck Jim.  I was recently diagnosed with an enlarged Aorta and spinal stenosis.  Aging is impacted by what we accumulate over the years.  I am taking a statin now, blood pressure medication, and a muscle relaxant.  I have also lost 30 lbs.

I see a neurosurgeon this week.

I plan on living for many years longer because I really enjoying annoying people.
