With the Start11 1.15 beta release today, we are creating this thread so that users can report any observed issues.  

Obtaining the beta:

Object Desktop members can get the beta from within Object Desktop Manager with 'show beta downloads' enabled:

Individual purchases (as well as Object Desktop Members) can also be obtained from your account page:

Reporting an issue:

Please include the following for anything found:

  • Exact Windows version \ build (winver.exe)
  • Detailed steps to recreate the issue seen
  • Screenshots and videos are very helpful.  Videos can be uploaded to a cloud drive services (GoogleDrive, DropBox, OneDrive, YouTube) and link included in your post.  Images can be directly added.
  • If there are specific apps that the app does not work (well) with, please note what apps and their exact versions.  If any app is not common, a link to a trial version would be appreciated.

It's very annoying.

Are you using autohide?

I have two issues with the latest build:

Pinned Edge profile shortcuts:
I have three Edge profiles and all of them are pinned to my taskbar:

But when I enable the Start11 taskbar, one of the profiles is replaced with standard Edge shortcut. I have tried to unpin the generic Edge and create new pins for the second profile but always with the same outcome. I can't get one of the profiles to be pinned to the Start11 taskbar:

Missing taskbar icons:
When I have "too many" windows open, some of the windows/icons will not be shown in the Start11 taskbar. What helps is to go to Start11 Taskbar settings and turn-of and back turn-on "Vertically centre the taskbar buttons".

Installed 1.15 and no matter what options I try,  Win 11 defaults stay? I've used every previous version without issue. Checked services and it's running. Have reinstalled and no luck.

Uninstall the build you have.

Reboot (very important)

Then install the new build.
