Discord Not Able To Detect Games

Hello everyone. I am facing one strange issue on my Windows 10 PC. I like to play games on my PC and so I installed some games recently. However, I do not know why Discord is not able to detect those games. Has anyone faced this kind of issue with their System too? Kindly help me to solve my issue. Any kind of response would be highly appreciated.

You can add apps to discord manually. It does not auto-detect every game.
