this product has already been registered to a different account

Hello.

I bought Demigod in a store a long time ago, tried to enter received an error: "this product has already been registered to a different account".

I went to https://www.stardock.com/support/product-key-retrieval, checked 2 possible mails, no key.

I bought a new game on your website, deleted the old one from Steam, activated a new key, the error remained the same.
