Old Demigod register code

Hello, I bought and activated the Demigod CD ~10 years ago. Today I wanted to play this game again, but because of the code I already used, I couldn't do it. It seems like I did not create an account for online games and only played against bots. So I don't know what I need to do to play this game again. Can you help me? Maybe I can receive a Steam key or I need to buy the game again?
