Opt-In Update

Version 1.95 is now available as an opt-in update for testing off Steam. Please note that multiplayer is not supported for this patch during the opt-in period.

Change Log:

  • Fixed accidental double damage on weapon defense structures and hangar defense structures.

  • AI squad owners (e.g., hangar defense, carriers, etc.) now autodock their squadrons when there are no enemy units in the gravity well.

  • Fixed Pacifist Society planet bonuses on PlanetBarren and PlanetBarrenFair.

To download the opt-in:

  1. Select Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion from your Steam Library
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right and select Properties
  3. From the dialog that pops-up, select the BETAS tab
  4. Select opt-in from the dropdown list and Close the dialog

Steam will update your game to the opt-in.

Awesome changes, will definitely test how much the AI docking fighters does to help late game performance.

Great to have another update. So just to be clear, if I'm playing with some AI players, their hangars will auto-dock but mine will not?

And it's too bad my turret cheese strategy won't be so effective from now on...

Wrong in the text or bonus (use the same bonus text):

Some positive bonuses are colored red, for example:

Friendly Jump Telemetry, Gravity Tolerance and maybe some more.

And maybe add the resistance of armor to damage in %, on infocard ships (damage resistance as in shields)
