ACC doesnt work, ask me for money AGAIN

I bought all the programs, so the whole package was 3 years ago.

I used it, most of all Fences.

Now I have installed new windows on a new computer but I can't get the program but it says I have to pay again. I don't know where my activation key is, don't you dare ask such nonsense.

If an account can be activated somehow, it would be great, and if not, then I do not mean to buy it again for sure.

 

please help me if you know, thank you very much.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I am not really sure if you purchased all the product 3 years ago under Object Desktop Pack which is under yearly subscription or you purchased all the product individually which is under different package. Any which way it was, it is best for you to submit a support ticket using this link : http://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit . Please include all the details on purchase in it. Support will help you from there.
