Where to get patch 1.4 for the original Elemental: War of Magic?

I have a boxed copy of the original Elemental: War of Magic, but I have trouble finding the patch. I can only found old, pre-1.4 versions of the patch, and any of them them seem to be for non-English versions (and from dubious websites).

With Impulse having been shut down ages ago, where can I get that patch? I want to play this game specifically, not Fallen Enchantress or Legendary Heroes.
