Skirmish games stuck on loading page

Whenever I try to start a skirmish game, the game gets stuck on "Creating Game Server". I have reinstalled the game, and verified integrity as well. I am using the core game with no dlc and no mods.

Here is an error I found in the logs]

Hey Snake, are you still experiencing this bug now and are there any more details you can provide like your system specs etc.?

So I managed to fix the bug by deleting my save files and turning off steam cloud.

Also, here is the error log
