The Political Machine 2008 Registration

I have had to reinstall my computer.  I have reinstalled my copy of The Political Machine 2008. It has been stuck 12 hrs on the Account Registration page.  Any thoughts on what I can do to access the game? 

I want to have a complete working collection of The Political Machine releases.

I do not show any activation attempts here (its not making it here).  Perhaps temporarily suspend any AV software you are using and try again.

Turned off Windows Defender and the firewall.  Connected to my wifi service to bypass my normal internet connection.  Still just a rotating blue circle...

Is there any logs or diagnostic information I can provide to help determine why the registration program is not completing or why it is not giving me an error?
