Faded icons

I cannot get my icons to "unfade" I don't know if icon packager is the right program. I want to be able to see my icons bright, not faded.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more. Can you provide us with a screenshot of your "Faded icons".

BTW you can always try out the Iconpackager to see if it work for you.

If you are using Fences right click on a Fence and choose View and see if the check mark is at 100%.

If you are using WinFX go to Desktop Icons and see if the Icon Transparency is checked.
