When I group Chrome windows and switch them to full screen, I get a blue tag.
How should I solve this problem?

You can change the color of groupy tabs. Turn off "Automatically match color of custom titlebars" and set as you like from the options listed on that menu.

I did Turn off "Automatically match color of custom titlebars" and set all color to red.
but it doesn't change.

I think, that is from chrome itself. Looking at your screenshot the groupy tabs end with red colors and that blue is on the actual chrome itself. Which I think, groupy has no control over it.
Looking at my sshot of fullscreen chrome. I also have blue there.
