Tutorials for making skins with desktopX and Winblinds

Hi,
Im a newbie to windblinds but pretty good with graphics. Is there any tutorials on how to make skins for these programs... I know this might be a topic kill, but I couldnt find what I was looking for when I searched the forums... Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
