sorry about this newb post but i cant figure out how to set my theme to a download 1. i download the suite but i dont know what to do with it. i can get the theme to work but the desktop cursor and things like that dont change. can some 1 plz exsplain what to do plz thanks

To change the cursor, you need CursorXP.

The themes you are downloading ARE NOT Microsoft Themes, these are created to work with various Stardock products, please do not get confused by the word "Theme"

Near the top of each skin library here at Wincustomize, right before the skins, there are links to the program you need to use the skins and also a help link. There are shareware versions of the stardock programs (and some programs like logonxp are just freeware) so you can try them out. The paid versions are "enhanced" and have features lacking in the shareware. The best thing to do is read the available info before you download stuff so you know what the things are and what is needed to make the skins work on your PC.
