ahh but the winkey + M combo only minimizes all open windows... the show desktop key can also put them back upon the second press.

...on that note, other "daily use" WinKey shortcuts that I live by:

WinKey + R = Run Dialog
WinKey + E = Windows Explorer
WinKey + F = Find
WinKey + Pause/Break = System Info
