Witcher 3 with both expansions for 25€. Also may pick up Conquest of Elysium 4 and Renowned Explorers + DLC if the itch grows too strong before the end.

I picked up Total War: Warhammer as I've always been a fan of the Total War series. This one is quite different from the others so I waited... I also picked up Cold Waters, a sub game but it wasn't on sale...

Oh Witcher, that's supposed to be cool, I'll have to keep an eye out for that one...

Me myself... I don't think I've really purchased much, actually.  Bought a couple of games as gifts.  Purchased 'pony island' because someone said it was cool.  Kickstarted "Pathfinder: Kingmaker" which looks cool.

But I think that's it.  I'm not really aware of wanting anything... it's a hard life..

edit: @Avitar - sims aren't usually my thing, but Cold Waters looks pretty cool.  I added it to my wishlist, I'm gathering it's supposed to be cool given the reviews and the fact that you paid full price?

I picked up one of my favorite old games, Space Rangers, in the HD version with extra quests added, for less than 5 bucks.

I'm currently playing the original Witcher for the first time and enjoying it, so I might pick up the Witcher 3 like @Heavenfall did.

Of course I'd be buying Stardock games if I didn't already own all the ones that interest me :D

I picked a little gem I used to play on the Xbox 360.

Split Second

Being a direct port from console to PC the controls in menu are a bit wonky and not intuitive.  While it has controller support it must be connected and ON before you launch the game and the controller does NOT work in the menus.  There is also no online MP unless you use VPN software.  The local LAN function works well locally for LAN parties etc.

This is a totally ARCADE, doesn't take itself seriously, balls to the wall FUN ass racer from those good old arcade days long gone.  At 75% off its a no brainer buy recommendation from me!

Summer sale?

I would expect this thread to be burried.

For the Steam winter sale I picked up Farcry: Primal and Total War: Shogun 2.

So now I'm off topic.  Sadly, I couldn't find a Fallen Enchantress 2 to buy.  😕 (joking, yet serious.)

Well this post is stuck in a loop where I can't unsubscribe, I can't disable emails notifying me of replies, and my subscriptions claim there was a recent reply that is not visible to me, so I'm posting to see if it breaks the loop.  (edit, it didn't)

Woah Pharad, necroing posts? :P

Unfortunately, we don't get to reveal dates for sales, although normally big sales like Steam get leaked a few weeks before.

To answer the question for the thread I don't think I picked up anything from the last summer sale on Steam. Most games I have any real interest in I normally get a full price these days. I have plenty in my library to work through on slow months.
