Lock cursor to screen?

Hello, I just bought this game and found that the cursor moves over to my 2nd monitor when I try to edge scroll.  I can't scroll with keys...I really prefer to edge scroll.  Is there any way to make the cursor stay in the game?  I did a search and all I found was people talking about using 3rd party programs for a different game.  I'd rather not do that, but if I must then I must.  Was hoping for a mod or something?  I find it surprising for a game this new not to have that functionality.  Thanks for any info.
