Error Message- "Delete sig.bin"

An error message when trying to run this game states to delete the sig.bin file, but I have no such file. I have reinstalled , and verified cache, etc, but I stll get the message, and still do not have that file.
Thank you for any help.

It's not in the installation folder, look under the game's folder in C:\ProgramData\Stardock for it.
