[LH 2.0] Crashing + Timing Out

Having some serious issues since opting in to 2.0 where I get a timed out response or crash every 4-5 turns. I've tried verifying my cache and doing a complete reinstall but neither seems to help.  I also notice that after 20-30 turns it gets ridiculously slow in processing the next turn.

My event viewer log says the following.
